Karen Douglass Sadler writes, makes photographs, and runs ArtLife World, where she works with artists providing a curated online exhibition space and creative guidance. 

Sadler's lifelong work in the arts continues to benefit children, having produced hundreds of cultural events, workshops, and festivals for schools and communities for over two decades. 

Sadler's early career in corporate advertising also focused on artist development, film directors, music video and commercial television production. 

Sadler holds a Master of Arts in Cinema Studies from the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University, New York and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada.

In her own artwork and writings, KD Sadler explores elements of time and narrative in still photography, film, poetry, and critical theory.
